Who Is Royal Hotel Investments?
 

The short answer is that we are among the most successful and respected owner/operators of limited service hotel properties in northern Georgia.

The longer answer goes back to 1995 when our founder, Navin Shah, acquired his first hotel – an independent property with 122 rooms. Atlanta was about to host the 1996 Olympic Games and Navin saw a new business opportunity that suited his people-oriented personality.

The company went on to acquire its first branded hotel – a Hampton Inn in Conyers, Georgia – in 2002, then followed with a second Hampton Inn in Covington, Georgia in 2009. We still own and operate both of these properties.

Since then, we have built two additional hotels -- a Holiday Inn Express that opened in 2017 and a Home2 Suites that opened in 2023.

And we are building our company on a business philosophy of “quiet quality” – by achieving the highest possible quality in our people, properties, and procedures, we produce impressive results consistently but quietly, without a lot of fuss or fanfare.
